This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of Butte to
certify that the land division which created the parcel of property
identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the Subdivision
Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code. �a-1

and Meridian Rd. North Chico area.

Description : All that certain property located in the County of Butte, State
of California, more particularly described as follows:
A'portion of Section 25, Township 23 North, Range 1 West, M.D.B. & M., more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Meridian Road and the
Easterly line of Highway 99E, which point is the most Westerly corner of the
property described in the Deed from Harry E. Pahl, et al, to Eldred E.
Wolford, et ux, recorded May 11, 1956 in Book 829 of the Butte County Official
Records, 'at Page 76;
THENCE along the centerline of Meridian Road, North 60° 28' 00" East, a
distance of 400.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
THENCE continuing along said centerline of Meridian Road, North 60° 28' 00"
East, a distance of 200.0 feet to the East corner of the property described
in the Deed from Henry L. Pratt and Berneice M. Pratt, to Archie F. Stanley
and Georgine N. Stanley, dated March 26, 1970 and recorded April 13, 1970
in Book 1609 of Butte County Official Records, at Page 576;
THENCE leaving said Centerline of Meridian Road and along the East line
of said Stanley property, South 34° 23' 00" East, a distance of 1089.00 feet;
THENCE leaving said East line, South 60° 28' 00" West, a distance of 200.00 feet;
THENCE North 34° 23' 00" West, a distance of 1089.00 feet to a point on the centerline
or Meridian Road and the True Point of Beginning;
Containing 5.00 acres, more or less.
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following conditions
which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-167 and
Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect the public health and public
safety:
1. Either prove that the parcel created and the remainder each contain the
required usable sewage disposal area of Appendix VII, Chapter 20 of the
Code of Butte_Countyor revert the land to -acreage in accordance with
county code.
2. If the parcels are not reverted to acreage, they shall be a minimum of 5
acres each and conform with the A-5 zoning restrictions.
