This office has conducted a study of the flooding problem on
the referenced parcel. We have established a finish floor
elevation for the proposed of 98.5'. We also recommend that the
north, west and east sides of the property be built up to
elevations shown. This can be done by the simple placement of
earth to be used in the final landscape design. By placing of
this earth, we will prevent any potential flood waters from
surface flowing across the leach area.
