PROPOSAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Billing occurs at the end of each month. Payment terms are 2% discount
if paid by 10th. Net due in 30 days.
2. Delivery of manufactured products may not be delayed beyond 30 days
of original delivery date. Any delays beyond this time will result in a storage
charge of 11/2% per month.
3. Twenty-four (24) hours notice must be given to reschedule a scheduled
delivery date. Failure to comply will result in a $25.00 additional delivery
fee.
4. Delivery with the aid of the contractor is plateline if accessible at driver's
discretion.
5. An additional delivery fee of $50.00 will be assessed if driver has to drop
trailer to get to job site, unless notified at time of bid.
6. Truck rental and supplemental deliveries are at the rate of $50.00/hour,
1 hour minimum.

We have established a bench mark on the northwest corner of the
top of the culvert headwall on the north side of Nord Avenue,
east of Victor Drive. The elevation is 146.12, U.S.C. & G.S.
datum.
We determined that. the water surface elevation for a 100 year
flood event is 146.0. Therefore, the recommended finish floor
