According ..to our records, the courtesy notice has not resulted in abatement or correction of the following specific violations: 1. The accumulation ofjunk in public view. 2. The keeping of inoperable vehicles in public view. Your failure to eliminate the statedviolations is cause for the issuance of this formal warning notice. We checked in 0.12 feet low and elected to use the most conservative elevation. We set a 2"x2" reference hub 8 feet south of the southeast corner of the mobile home at elevation 144.93 feet with*a lath beside it marked Fill 2.67 feet. We also drove a nail into a service pole that is 2 feet westerly of the westerly side of the mobile home near the back door at elevation 147.60 feet. The existing elevation of the floor of the mobile.home as it is -presently leveled up and set on blocks is 147.76 or 0.16 above the necessary elevation. Please note that had we used the datum furnished us for the above mentioned railroad spike Bench Mark these elevations would.be 147.72 and 147.88 respectively.
