At that time the property owner wa 'ent a 30 day s s violation notice which seemed to, at least, get him off of the fence that separates our two properties, 6389 Cohasset Road and 112 Rock Creek Rd. The gentleman left, however, someone else was living in a motorhome far enough away from us that we weren't bothered by them being there. This situation has changed in the past week. The gentleman is now back living in his trailer two feet from the fence that divides our properties. In as much as this is a violation of property zoning regulations and, even if it were zoned for trailers, the trailer would not be permitted to be two feet from the fence. The owner has retained an attorney to process the eviction of the tenant of the travel trailer. The attorney has provided us with copies of eviction notices and superior court summons and complaint documents. The owner and the attorney appear to be making a concerted effort to evict the tenant and to have the trailer vacated. I just called the attorney to let him know that if the unit is not vacated in the near future we will proceed to cite, and was unable to speak to him directly, but left a detailed message. Have not heard back yet.
