For ease of re -checking the plans I've "clouded" the plans where revisions have been made. I'll address your comments below in the order you listed them. NON-STRUCTURAL COMMENTS 1. I've changed any 1997 UBC reference to 2001 CBC. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS 1. I've acquired the geotechnical report for the Autumn Park Subdivision and revised the foundation plan (2/S4) and footing detail (4/S4) to reflect the report recommendations. I've also included a letter to that affect with this submittal. 2. I've corrected the discrepancies in the plans and calcs. I'm using 7/16" LP SmartPanel siding and the calcs and plans now reflect that. Detail 1/S4 now shows the number of king studs required at hold down locations. 4. I've added a Shear Wall Schedule on Sheet 2 that specifies the required nailing on all shear walls. Also I've changed any detail that called for wall nailing to "see schedule". 5. I've added a note to the floor plan (Sheet 2) that specifies the Table 23 -II -1-1 3x framing member requirements. 6. I've added the requested gable end shear transfer detail to Sheet 3 (3/S3). 7. I've added the spacing for the Simpson A35"s at the eve blocking to detail 5/S4 8. The tall stud calcs are now included in the calculation package as sheets 12 & 13.
