A.P. 51�-35-38),;ot T, Borchert/D. 1 e which proposes to split, 22±
acres into bfl 11± acre parcels. ThiS'sate is located in Butte Creek''
Canyon near Paradise. onsite habitat as a mar of oak wocdland, chap-
arral, and some riparian vegetation along Little Butte Creek. The par-
cel is in the Fast Tehama Deer kIerd winter ranee.
I'lotef'ttial adverse impacts resulting Erom the: project include a loss of
deer winter range loss of r, art. habitat, and degraclat1 h,of water
quality of Little Butte Creek-, Z1e site as in anarea identified by
the Butte County Deer Panel. Report as acceptable >for development t,
