Dear Ms. Abraham;an;
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on October 24, 1990, the committee granted
a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above-referenced
property. The conditions arei
1. Verify legal access to the property from a publicly maintained
road.
2. Provide verification that both parcels contain the sewage disposal
area as required by Ch. 20 of the Code of Butte County,,
3., Provide verification of compliance with Ch. 24 ;of the butte Count}*
Zoning Ordinance.
4 Provide verification that adequate quantities of domestic water
are available for a single family residence incompliance with Ch, 20,
of the Code of Butte County.
There is a fifteen day 'appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision,
