DATE April 90, 1985
This is €a proposal to divide 20 acres to create 4 parcels. The present
zoning is U (Unclassified) and A-5 (Agricultural - 5 acre parcels). The
Land Use Plan Map of the Butte County General Plan designates this area;
ms Agricultural -Residential. There aria+ no specific or community plans
for the area.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any, adopted or
proposed element of the Butte County General Plan nor any County,
specific or community plan.
The property is within the Paradise Airport Clear Zona. .According to
f ALUC at-Affr development of 1 dwelling unit per 5 acres complies with
Airport lurid use policies.
Most of the property was zoned A-5 August 1980 by Ordinance 2181.. West
of Section 35 the property is zoned "U", by Ordinance 2488 September
17, 1985. Two approved dwelling units are oii-sitie # a mobile home
installed about 1960 and a house constructed 1951
