At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advisory Agency held
on August 22, 1983, the Agency approved tour boundary line
modification on the above -,referenced propertyj noting that the
Project is categorically exempt from environmental review and
subject to the conditions of apprc'val as listed on the attached
sheet:
if no appeals are timely filed -Within ten (10) days of the date of
the Advisory Agency's approval. --with the Clerk of the Board of
supervisors 'this action' Will be final..
