This is a proposal to modify the Boundary Line bc-�1veen two
parcels. The present zoning is T,4-20 (Timber- Z`'1ounLain, 20
acre parcels). The Land Use Plan Map of the 13ULLc County
General Plan designates this area as Agricultural-Rosidential.
There are no specific or community plans for the ajoa.
However, there are several building and developments standards
for the Cohasset area which was established by Ordinance
adopted by the Board of Supervisors
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any
adopted or proposed element of the Butte County General:,
