This is a proposal to divide '20 acres to create four
five acre parcels. The Larid Use Plan Map of the. Butte
County General Plan designates this area as Timber -
Mountain. There are no specific or community pans
for the area.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor
any adopted or proposed element of the Butte County
General Plan not any. County, specific or community
pian.
Recommend approval.
