Since the addktional living units are not permitted in the TM -20 zone, the mobilehomes must be removed from the property or the occupancy and use must cease and desist immediately and the mobilehomes be placed in dead storage. Since permits and inspections are required for the cabana, submit three (3) complete sets of plans, apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees. It is the County's goal to obtain voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code. However, you should be advised that Butte County has an active Code Enforcement. Program which provides an effective means of enforcement if voluntary compliance is not obtained. Enforcement may be pursued through the issuance of citations, fines and the recording of a Notice of Violation including a description of the action necessary to abate the violation.
