There are no specific or community plans for the area. The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any adopted or proposed element of the Butte County General Plan nor any County, specific or community plan. The above finding of conformity can only be made if circulation is provided pursuant to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance, see Butte County Code Section 20-133. Therefore, the following condition must be attached to the project. 1.
