Butte, State of California on November 12, 1990 in Book 121 of
Maps, at pages 24, 25, and 26; thence North 880 08' 49" West a
distance of 535.00 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of
Parcel One as shown on said map and the end of said line.

An easement over a strip of land 20 feet in width for well, water
line and appurtenant facilities over Parcel 1, as shown on that
certain Parcel Map which map was filed. in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California on November
12, 1990 in Book 121 of Maps, at pages 24, 25 and 26.

A right of way for pipeline for conveying water over the East 10
feet of the East .half of the South half of the North half of the
Southeast" quarter of the No quarter of Section 13,

A right of way for well purposes over the East 100 feet of the
Northerly 200 feet of Parcel 2, as shown on that certain Parcel
Map filed September 18, 1989 in Book 117 of Maps, at pages 10, 11
