This notice pertains to a violation of the Butte County Code relating to the property identified above and described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. On November 30, 1993, Antone Maxon Dotta, an owner, tenant, occupant, resident or other person having possession, control or other ownership interest in or the right of access to said property, was found guilty in the North County Municipal Court (Case No. CR 60536) of violation of Butte County Code Section 41-2(d).
