The conditions are: 1. Prove that the required quantities of domestic water are available on subject parcel (4 hr. yield test required). 2. Pay $9.00 recording fee. Notes will be placed on the certificate as follows: "All new structures must meet the Fire Safe Requirements of Butte County and Public Resources Code 4290 and 4291."
