This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of Butte to certify that the
land division which created the parcel of property identified below complies with the
applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County
Code.

approximately 1650 ft. northeasterly from its

Description: All that certain property located in the County of Butte, State of California,

Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following conditions which have been
imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-167 and Government Code,
Section 66499.35 (b), to protect the public health and public safety:
1. Prove that the required quantities of domestic water are available on subject parcel
(4 hr. yield test required).

All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California, being more
particularly described as follows:
Being a portion of the North half of the Southwest quarter and the Northwest quarter of
Section 23, Township 24 North, Range 2 East, M.D.B. & M., and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 23;
THENCE along the North line of said Southeast quarter of Section 23, South 890 26'40"
East, a distance of 468.00 feet to its intersection with the centerline of Cohasset
Highway;
THENCE continuing along said North line, South 890 26' 40" East, a distance of 503.68
feet.to an iron pipe;
THENCE South 00 11' 40" West, a distance of 502.75 feet to an iron pipe, said point
being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING for the parcel herein described;
THENCE North 891 36' 40" West, a distance of 370.63 feet;
THENCE North 550 51' 30" West, a distance of 402.04 feet to the centerline of Cohasset
Road;

Public Resources Code 4290 and 4291.
2. Provide a 100 ft. leachfield free setback around existing wells either within the
property of within 100 ft. of the property boundaries on subject parcel.
3. Show a 50 ft. leachfield setback from the drainage way on subject parcel.

Dear Ms. Wolz-Pike:
At the regular meeting of the Butte _County Development Review Committee held on
March 14, 1996, the Committee granted a Conditional Certificate of Compliance for the
above -referenced. property. The conditions are:
1. Prove that the required quantities of domestic water are available on subject
parcel (4 hr. yield test required).
2. Pay $9.00 recording fee.
Notes will be placed on the certificate as follows:
"All new structures must meet the Fire Safe Requirements of Butte County and
Public Resources Code 4290 and 4291."
"Provide a 100 ft. leachfield free setback around existing wells either within the
property or within 100 ft. of the property boundaries on subject parcel."

There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless you
sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
If the conditions are cleared prior to the end of .the appeal period, a "clean" certificate with
no conditions will be recorded.
