Alternatives to the variance
I. Arrange a boundary line modification with

of Maple Lane to acquire the necessary acreage
to Have ttv'A kiarcels, of a least 2 acres, which
comply with the TM 2 zone.
2.Leave the parcel as it is with the-homesite on
one side of the road. and the balance used for
recreational purposes, family garden, ,etc. It
is recommended that preliminary soil tests be
per'ormed (both percolation rate and sail depth)
to determine whether the parcels created by, the
road division are usable for homesitos (8a, 8b)
