Provide sewage disposal facilities that Meet the Butte County Health Department, California State Regional Hater Quality Control Board and California State Department of Housing and Community Development, Division of Codes and Standards requirements. 4. Provide a domestic water supply system including additional water source capacity that meets the requirements of the California State Safe Drinking Mater Act.
