Application for Determination
(3 separate certificates)
At, -the regular meeting of the Butte -County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on May 23, 1990, the committee granted three
separate Certificates of Compliance for the above -referenced property.
There are no conditions, but.a note shall be place.on each Certificate
as follows: "This Certificate was issued by the County of Butte based
upon evidence the parcel was created prior to requirements for review,
or the existence of development standards by the County of Butte.
Issuance of this Certificate of - compliance therefore does not conclude
a guarantee or warranty by the County of Butte that.the parcel:
1) has available access to the property or access can be made
available to the property, or 2) a suitable site for the installation
of a sewage disposal system may not be -available on the property.
Adequate quantities of domestic water may not be available on the
property."
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.

This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of Butte to
certify that the land division which created the parcel of property
identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the Subdivision
Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.
