Forest Ranch,. The Commission waived the reading, of the staff findings. The hearing was opened to the public. Ns resent to speak on this item. The hearing Was closed; Commissioner Lambert questioned how many parcels were involved. Staff stated that this would not create any new parcels.. There were two parcels involved•, this was to take a small part of One out of the preserve and put it with the otht�r parcel. Vice Chairman Lynch stated that this was a minor change to incorporate a rectangle into the othe parcel. Commissioner Lambert did not have a problem with this, but she questioned the knoll, Vice Chairman Lynch suggested a condition for "no str,tcture on 100 x 220 ft. parcel being annexed to the other property."
