Dear Mr. Van Noord:
At.the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held on July 22, 1981, the Committee issued a conditional
Certificate of Compliance for AP 56-23-46. The condition is:
1. Provide proof that a suitable site for the installation and
replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family
dwelling exists on the property in compliance with Chapter 19
of the Butte County :code.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional
Certificate•of Compliance can be recorded, unless, you sign and return
.the attached waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's
decision.
