This is a proposal to divide 86 acres into four parcels of
5, 5, 20 and 55 acres. The present zoning is Tm-5, adopted
7/1/80, and TM -20t adopted in 1976. The Land VSO Plan Map
of the Butte County General Plan designates this area as
Agricultural -Residential. There are no specific or community
plans for the area.
The Proposal does not conflict with county zoning nor any
specific or community plan:
With Mitigation measures for erosion control and firth
preventionthe division complies with the Butte county
General Plan.
Recommend approval subject to the following conditions:
I. Limit cut and fill to 21 maximum X-,ept where cover is
needed Over culverts.
2. Reseed exposed cuts with native ground covers and grasses.
