At that time, Mr. Bird requested a floor plan of our proposed home which we submitted. Copies of the permit and Mr. Bird's letter are enclosed. Since that time we have referred to it as the house. You are correct in saying there is not, at this time, a house on the parcel.- We are sorry to have confused the issue. Please feel invited and welcome to come to the property at your convenience. Generally, no one is there so drive right in and look around. The four corners of the septic tank are marked as indicated on the previously submitted map.
