This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County
of Butte to certify that the land division which created the parcel of
property identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.

Being a portion of the East half of Lot 7 in the Northeast quarter of
Section 4, Township 22 North, Range 4 East, M. D. B. & M., and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at 'a point on the East line of said Northeast quarter of
Section 4, which point bears North 1° 32' 45" East, 968.58 feet from
the Southeast corner of said Northeast quarter; thence from said
point of beginning, North 790 16'' 07" West, 654.47 feet; thence along
the centerline of a 60.00 foot road easement,'North l0 23' 38" East,
323.24 feet; thence leaving said centerline, South 79 14' 53" East, 655.38
feet toothe East line of said Section 4; thence along said East line,

Dear Mr. Graff:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held September 3, 1980, the Committee issued a conditional
Certificate -;of Compliance for AP 58-15-48. The conditions are
Public Works:-*
1. Provide 60 feet of access from the subject property to a
publicly maintained road.
2. Provide traversable access from a public maintained road to
the subject property.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional
Certificate of Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return
the attached waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's
decision.
