THIS INDENTURE, made the s day of May, 1970, between
WELL -3, FK.100 BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, duly organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the United States of America, as
tru-'3tree of the trust created by the will of ROBERT L. COLEMAN, JR.,
alias, deceased, as declared by the decrees of partial and final
distribution duly given and made in the matter of the estate of said
decedent, for the benefit of AONES RUTH COLEMAN, the Party of the
First Part, and ROBERT L. COLEMAN and WELLS FAR00 BANK, NATIO14AL
ASSOCIATION, and ROBERT L. COLEMAN, as trustees of the trust created
by Article IV(c) of the will of RUTH WELSH COLEMAN, alias, deceased,
the Parties of the Second Part,
W I T N E 3 3 E T H:
WHEREAS, the Superior C.aurt of the State of California, in
and for the'City and County of San Francisco, in a proceeding pend-
ing therein and entitled "In the Matter of the Estate of ROBERT L.
COLEMAN, alias, Deceased", and numbered 117565 in the files and re-
cords of said Court, by its ordar and decree duly given, made and
,filed on April 17, 1970, adjudged and decreed that there had rested
in the Parties of the Second Part, the real property more particular-
ly described in Exhibit "A" hereto attached and. made a part hereof;
and
WHEREAS, in. and by said last mentioned order the Party of
the First Part was directed to transfer and convey unto the Parties
of the Second Part, the real property particularly described in Ex-
hibit "A" hereto attached;
NOW, THEREP'ORF,, for and in considerat:!.on of the premises and
in compliance with the order of the Court above mentioned, said Party
of the First Part, as such trustee, does by these presents grant, � y`
bargain, sell, convey, assign and confirm unto the Parties of the

beginning. BEING a tract of Tide Lands in San Francisco

quarter of Section 19; and the South half of the South-

EXCEPTING THEREFROM: A portion of the South Half of

BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Section
