disclosed that the Board of Supervisors waived the requirements for approved access, as required
under Butte County Code, according to the Board of Supervisors Minutes dated July 27, 1993
and March 8, 1994 (Items 93-275 and 94-77 attached).
Provided these parcels can meet Environmental Health, Zoning and Building Codes, we can
approve them for development permits.
