(11/15/2006 10:09 PWK) I attempted to call the owner at 533-3488 and the contractor at 632-961p and inform them that Bill had inadvertanly scheduled the site
inspection for today not realizing he would be out of the office at training. I was unable to speak with the owner and notify him. I have scheduled Bill for an
inspection tomarrow 11/16/06.

(11/15/2006 10:05 PWK) The applicant attempted to obtain an electrical permit at the permit center. Staff pulled the file and was concerned with the alleged
violations. I directed staff to tum this complaint over to Bill Barron for review and action. Bill Barron met with the owner at the counter and explained the situation
regarding the violation and that we cannot provide power to a site with a violation of this type. Bill scheduled an inspection with the owner for 11/15/06 and the
owner indicated that we would need to call ahead of time as there were many dogs and animals that would need to be restrained. Bill indicated that the owner was
amicable to the situation claiming there was no violations present.

Applications for which a permit has not been issued will expire one
year after the date of application. In order to renew action on an
application after expiration, a new application, plans and fee will be
