We sent you a warning letter dated March 25, 1992 notifying you that you
are in violation of the Butte County Code at the above referenced location.
As of this date, the following violations still exist.
Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from
this office for construction of a cabin _addition in violation of the
1988 Uniform Building Code as adopted by Section 26-1 of the Butte
County Code as follows:
(a) Section 301(a) Permits Required
(b) Section 305(a) Inspections Required
(c) Section 305(d) Inspection Approval Required before Use or Occupancy
The above violation(s) shall be corrected or abated by you by submitting
three (3) complete sets of plans, applying for the required permits, and
paying the appropriate fees, including penalties, within thirty (30) days
of the date of this letter. After permit issuance and field authorization
to proceed, the work must be completed and approved by this office within
the permit specified time.
Before we can issue the required building permits, we will also need a cony
of the recorded creation deed of the property and verification of. the 60'
right of way to the County maintained portion of Jordan Hill Road.
Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from
this office for installation of mobilehome, travel trailer, construction
of deck in violation of the Mobilehome Parks Act of Title 25, California
Code of Regulations, adopted by Section 28A-1 of the Butte County Code
as follows:
(a) 1018 -Permits Required for any Plumbing or Electric or Accessory Structure
(b) 1048 -Inspections Required for any Plumbing or Electric oor Accessory Structure
(c) 1324 -Permits Required for Mobilehome Installation
(d) 1326 -Inspections Required for Mobilehome Installation

The above violations shall be corrected or abated by ceasing and desisting
occupancy or use of the mobilehome and travel trailer and removing them
from. the property or converting them to dead storage within thirty (30)
days of the date .of this letter. The property is zoned FR20, which does
not allow more than one living unit per parcel.
Unless the violation(s) is (are) so corrected or abated, a citation shall
be issued to you to, appear in court for said violation(s) and for failing
to comply with this notice. Upon conviction. of said violation(s) or forfailing to comply with this notice, penalties shall be imposed and a Notice
of Violation recorded in accordance with Section 41-7 of the Butte County
Code.
