We currently have piece of land in escrow on which your office is
involved in doing a �ot-line adjustments for Mr. Bill Chapman. The AP
## s are. X58-170-03 '-000 and�058-200-00 -0. 00 The latter is 80 AC that
is apparently under=E•LM jourisdiction:2 I would like answers to several
questions that have come to mind: 7
1) Is the BLM portion subject to restrictions on 'its development?
Can I build on it?, install a septic system on it?, or landscape
it as I see fit? Am I restricted as to cutting of trees for these
and other purposes?
2) I would like to get a judgment as to buildability on dither por-
tion or as to their usability for a mobile home? Does someone
in County government have to come out and seeit? How can I set
that up?
3) Does someone from the County have to check over the building site(s)
for suitability for a septic system? How can I set that up?
4) If the home is in a remote rural area where no fire hydrants are
available, does the home/mobile have to be equipped with a ceil-
ing sprinkler system?
5) Can I get a list of all such requirements which must be satisfied
in order to establish a home?
6) what is the status of'Mr. Chapman's lot -line adjustment? I under-
stand the Health Department stipulated it could not L--'
arantee that
a septic system could be installed on eit1wparcel.(?)
I hope you can shed some light on these questions.
