Provide proper leak -free plumbing for kitchen sink and confine all waste water underground into an approved sewage disposal system. 3. Provide an approved sewage disposal system under permit and inspection from the Health Department. 4. Provide an approved potable water supply either by drilling a well under permit and inspection from the Health Department, or by reconstructing the spring to provide potable water. After reconstruction bacteriological tests must be taken and show coliform counts less than 2.2/ml. 5. Repair or replace hazardous, deteriorated electrical wiring including any defective receptacles, fixtures, wiring, breakers, and switches. Eliminate open splices and unprotected wiring. 6. Repair or'replace all broken windows. Make doors and windows weatherproof Repair holes in walls, ceilings, etc., Make building weathertight. A reinspection will be made. Failure to comply will result in the Franchise Tax Board being notified of your non-compliance.
