In order to reinstate action on a permit after expiration, the permittee shall pay a new full permit fee and additional plan checking and documentation may be required. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT APPLICATION AND REFUND POLICY" Application for which a permit has not been issued will expire one year after date of application. Refunds may only be made upon written request by the person who originally paid the fees.
