RE: Unapproved Water Supply, 3851 Pinkston Canyon Rd, APN 58-200-044
Dear Mr. Trujillo;
This department received a complaint regarding a possible contaminated water source at
the above location. An inspection was conducted by Code Enforcement Officer Gary
Brown and photographs were taken of the rainwater collecting system installed for the
residence at 3851 Pinkston Canyon Rd. The collection system consists of two PVC lines
laying on top of the ground, open at one end to allow surface water to drain into a holding
tank which delivers water to the residence. A water sample taken from inside the
residence was tested and showed a presence of coliform bacteria.
This is a violation of the Uniform Plumbing Code Section 602.1, which states, "No
installation of potable water supply piping or part thereof shall be made in such a
manner that it will be possible for used, unclean, polluted or contaminated water,
mixtures, or substances to enter any portion of such piping from any tank,
receptacle, equipment, or plumbing fixture by reason of back -siphonage, by suction
or any other cause.".
Because the residence has not been supplied with water from an approved source and it
has been shown to be contaminated, the dwelling has been posted as unsafe for human
habitation.
It is unlawful to occupy this dwelling until the water source is approved by this
department. An inspection will be necessary to confirm that the piping has been removed
and that the spring that services the dwelling has been properly developed to provide
potable water. A fee of $66 will be assessed prior to any special inspections conducted
regarding this matter.

You should be aware that it is a misdemeanor to occupy this building or to remove or
deface the notice on the building per Butte County Code Section 26-6(b).

This letter confirms our telephone conversation last week.
You asked whether we would withdraw the. Code Enforcement Citation, and cancel the court
appearance now required on June 13, 2001. While I appreciate the fact you are engaged in
efforts to remedy the situation, we will not withdraw the Citation, nor will we cancel the court
appearance. You should; therefore, appear in response to the Citation on June 13, 2001 at 9:00
a.m:
As we have indicated in, the past, we are interested in resolving the situation as amicably as
possible. You will have the opportunity, -if you wish, to speak. with the Code Enforcement
Officer on June 13, 2001, and to schedule inspections with our Department regarding the status

Re: Citation # ;001036 this date received from Gary Brown for 3851 Pinkston Canyon Road
Please find following the contract between Clarice DeBarros and me, Edmund Trujillo.
Clauses 11 and 25 are very plain and ALL documentation and County letters were shown to her.
On 4/9/2001 I went to the county and spoke with the building people about being able to personally occupy
our p�bperty at 3851'Pinkston Canyon Road, Yankee Hill. They said that since the issue that caused the
actual red tag is about water that I had to talk to Environmental. I then went to them and spoke with
Charlotte. Charlotte spoke with someone then said and wrote down that I could personally occupy.
A week or two after I get a call for another place we own and & rented out ( The ad was canceled about
4/9/2001). I told Mrs. DeBarros the situation. She was interested and wanted to see the place. I showed it
to her. I told her it could not be occupied until the water situation was cleared up. She said she had to be
out of her present place by 5/6/2001. Her major worry was being able to move her stuff out and not having
to move twice. I said that I could call the county and see if she could move her stuff in, i.e. use the place as
a storage unit only. When I phoned the county I directed the call again to Charlotte because of the original
direction given by county officials above. I was told that was OK for a renter to use as storage provided it
was not occupied, i.e. they did not live there.
On 4/25/200,1 Mrs. DeBarros and I signed the attached contract.
On 4/2662001 Charlotte inspected the water source. I took that shed out and all of the covering, exposing a
well done Y by 3` --by 9 to 10 feet deep spring box ( the source I now find is over 7 feet below ground level).
She stated I should put concrete around it and a cover. I am doing even better digging down 3 to 4 feet
around it and will fill a four or five inch thick to make it super protected. I was to be helped on Wednesday
by Mrs., DeBarros son and then Thursday ( then today 5/4/2001 ) but he has not been able to help - I came
up myself anyway and was greeted by a very angry Gary Brown loudly saying his assumptions.
I told Gary Brown the situation and that I had NO KNOWLEDGE that she was living there ( I would have
put a stop to it myself!!!). He yelled at me and called me a liar!!! I asked Mrs. DeBarros for the exact copy
of the contract that she was given. She said it was in the car and her son was driving it. She denied to
Gary Brown that she knew the place could only be used as a storage unit ... I like Mrs. DeBarros and believe
that she feels she's in a jam and was less than forth coming, but I hope that you are not hard on her.
When I asked what the citation means, Gary said it was a misdemeanor and/or could carry a fine of up to
$2,000.00. He did say and repeated that if we can correct the stuff by or before the court date of
6/13/2001 that he would drop'all the charges. He stated that his purpose was not to cite people and get
them in trouble, but to get them to comply with the. county codes. I appreciate the alacrity `with which he
pursued this case, which I am certain was instigated by my former tenants Eric & Susan Beeler, who
against my will stayed on my property beyond the expiration of the lease on January 19, 2001 and
precipitated the present violation situation by forcing their stay on my property beyond the lease and
against my wishes( Please see the attached letter dated 1/17/2001 which I sent to the Beelers because they
refused to cooperate in my effort to correct the water situation - these people are landlords and know very
well what to do to evade paying rent for 3 months and to attempt to avoid paying for the extensive damage
they and their animals caused on my property by entrapment - the truth will come out). They were
unhappy with'me because I would not sell out my property to them ( I would have sold 10 acres with the

house but it was up to them to do the leg work & it was not possible due to a supposed deer migration
dating back to 1946).
What I don't understand is why Gary Brown gave us his message about only wanting that every one follow
the county requirements. I thought about how my requests have been ignored. I called and came in
relating to this situation and spoke to you folks and Gary Brown about another situation below my property
in January and February 2001. I left messages on Gary Browns message line at least twice since then and
never have I received a return call. When I went for Jury Duty on April 171, 20011 spoke with you,
Mr. Vierra, again and you said that you would leave a note for Gary to contact me. He never did.
Today he comes by to give me a citation making no mention of the violations I reported months ago
(much less those of 1999).
I also informed Gary Brown that the Eric and Susan Beeler are occupyingtheir heir property right it up my road
which they just closed on early last month. Gary Brown said he did not get any report on that. I told him
now he knows and should do something about it. Of course, I believe, that some one else should be
assigned that case and my case too because I believe that, Gary Brown, for reasons unknown to me favors
the Beelers ( It could be associated with'the fact that Eric is the son of the County Supervisor for the
rural Oroville district, he was also a witness for them at a recent court hearing - the Beelers chose not to
mediate with me back in February 2001 - so I was forced to sue for back rents - the case was dismissed
without prejudice with my concurrence when the judge would not allow it to be postponed due to my not
having a full tally of the damages the Beelers caused, as they just moved out on 4/10/2001 and I would
have been at a Great disadvantage had I allowed the case to proceed on that day; 4/16/2001.)
I also reported to you today that according the Gene Miller; with his concurrence - which he had no
business giving as it is my gate; the Beelers took down my gate/posts that has my house number on it. I
asked you about the county code that requires the address to be posted nearest the street. You stated that it
is Section 32-9 Butte County Code: Displaying numbers. The numbers were also all missing from the
front of the house - I have made a demand for those. I do wish to be cited on these counts so that my
former tenants will replace both the gate and the posts, and the numbers on the house
Sorry this was not immediately faxed to you as I wanted to have this cover letter information included.
Please note that I do appreciate the role of government for the betterment of all in our county, but I believe
that equity, justice and accountability is required of both those who govern and those that are governed.
Prejudice and injustice and arbitrary application of laws or codes should not be tolerated by ANY decent
American.
I would appreciate a written response to my concerns within 10 days. Thank you.

Dear Eric & Susan Beeler,
I received your certified letter the afternoon of, 2/21/2001. I am sorry to see that you are choosing to deal with us
in such a hostile manner.
Please remember that your lease was not renewed or extended & that you were supposed to be out on January 19'",
2001. Now as a result of your forcing your stay on my property, by not vacating when contractually required,
severe damage has resulted. You also did not immediately report to me anything about this. It was when I went up
with my family on 2/19/2001 that we first found out about the collapsed carport as it was hard not to notice. Later
we spoke with Eric who told us that he had been on the roof shoveling snow and told us about the buckled .
ceiling.*
Please note that you ignored my phone and written requests that you and your husband meet with me back in
January before the lease expired on 1/19/2001. Back in November you, Susan, know very well that we were at that
time willing to allow you folks to stay on a month to month basis, but you were required to meet with us before
hand to sign a new agreement ( You even suggested to me that we could use one of the lease forms you use with
your tenants if I wished ). You have taken matters into your own hands as though you are dealing with one of your
own properties, disregarding my rights, and this is unacceptable. You, Susan, are a land lord with your family and
must realize the wrong course you are taking.
In good faith I have been patient with you and did not again make contact with you folks again until 2/19/2001
the day you said in your letter, which I received on 1/22/2001, you would be out, although I have not now or ever
approved your self initiated overstay on my property. I had wanted to get working on the water situation
immediately, but you, Susan, in a very rude and threatening manner made clear that you did not approve of the
possibilities I saw for installing the new pipes under ground, as you said that you did not want the current water
supply interrupted. It was at that point that I realized that you were not seeking a solution but to obstruct me in my
quest to get my property in order. I perceived that it was best to let the 12 month lease expire in three days so that I
could cut the losses by requiring that you move so that I could do the work needed to get the pipes under ground.
When I spoke with you, after you received my fax, you stated that you and your husband were too angry to meet
with me and my wife. I stated to you that your staying on my property beyond the lease period which began in
January of 2000 would conclude on 1/19/2001 and that you needed to move and that you needed to meet with us
face to face so that we could draw up an agreement so that we could spell out an agreement that would allow you to
get your things out of my home at 3851 Pinkston Canyon Road. You refused to meet with us and do this.
I wrote to you very clearly on January 17, 2001 that the lease was over and you needed to leave. Since you did not
meet with me & my wife to work out a reasonable written agreement so that we would allow you to stay or at least
keep your animals and things at our property you needed to vacate my property immediately on 1/19/2001. But,
this would have been only on the condition that you not interfere with our plan to handle the pipe work I need to do
immediately so as to cut losses.
From the beginning you have known all the expense and trouble I have gone thru to get water for my property. I
paid close to $10,000.00 to have a 460 foot well put in (that went dry in about 6 months) in order to avoid a
confrontation with my neighbor below who was using my Spring/well. You were very nice to me and understood
and realized that I was doing everything that I could, in good conscience, to get water to the property. You even
moved away and moved back before I could get an ad into the paper. You had a strong interest in buying at least
part of my property.
It seems that ever since it was clear to you that subdividing the 10 acre parcel out was not apparently feasible,
according the various county and state authorities that inquired with, and when, I again later in the year stated
that I was not interested in selling the whole forty acres; that you folks became increasingly hostile and rude. You
speak about the water situation now as though it was something new when in reality you knew and have known all
that I have known about the water situation there from the beginning and from almost the beginning have
repeatedly asked me if I wanted to sell the property to you. You even gave me notice and moved away and came
running back because you love my property so much!!!
The angry remarks you folks made to me back in September during the Concow fire that destroyed about 25 acres
of vegetation on my property ( Praise The Lord the house and the water tank were spared!) were outrageous.
Susan's maligning my religious beliefs because I do not find `witching" consistent with what I understand as a
Biblically appropriate method of finding water, belies your bitterness about not being able to purchase my property.
I told you from the very beginning, I appreciate that 40 acres and will not sell them all. I would allow you to
figure out, at your own expense, what it would take to subdivide out the 10 acres quadrant that includes the mobile
home. But the whole 40 acres is not for sale.
After the forest fire that devoured Concow ( and the water pipes and coverings on the property) you folks became
incredibly irrational ( I won't go into all of the details here). My wife and I went out of our way to determine the
extent of the damage( & put out some of the many fires that were still going - it was an incredible sight!) late at
night (& into the morning) and to see if the mobile home and your belongings which were still there and let you
know, at our own risk, as there were still.open fires ( The CDF were up there on Friday still putting out the
remnant fires on the property); you appreciated the news that the house was still there at 1:30 AM, then you call
me first thing in the morning, about 6 or 7 AM rudely wakening me to tell me you wanted the over 1,000 feet of
water pipe installed immediately. I told you the fire was not even completely out yet and the fire could damage the
plastic replacement pipes. You stated you wanted the pipes replaced by Friday regardless! I attempted to have you
agree to Monday, but you refused. I told you that it was I would buy the many plumbing supplies and be up there
Friday morning. When I got up there, many CDF firemen in at least 2 crews were still on my property working up
there putting out remaining smoldering fires ( One of the leaders said that they would be up there on Sunday to do
some tractor work on Sunday). I laid all the pipes and later began gluing the pipes when a heavy rains caused me
to cease work because the glue was simply washing off. Even the Blue "water proof glue.
Although you are on my property in defiance of our written contract and my will. This does not preclude that you
are supposed to be moved out as of 1/19/2001. To protect my interests I am demanding the following:

The late charges for the September stop payment you rashly made on your September rent. (Which when I spoke
with you by phone in November 2000 you requested I take the late charges out of the deposit at the end of your
contracted lease.)

immediately at 530-894-2677 to meet with me and my wife face to face jo that we can work out a written
agreement & so that you can pay us the rent and late charges you currgntly owe us.
* ( Please write to me the specifics about what exactly happened 1. How much snow was on the roof when Eric first
got up there? 2. Where was the snow shoveled to? 3. When did the ceiling over the dining room buckle? 4. What
caused the actual collapse of the car port? 5. Where was Eric when the ceiling buckled and any one else who was
on the roof when the ceiling buckled? 6. Why was I not immediately contacted about this?)
Please know that as your deceased grandmother, who you say was a member of my church body, would have
wanted, we are praying for you. There are many people praying about this situation.

Dear Edmund Trujillo,
As I stated in the last letter I was hoping to be out of this house by February 19 2001.
However, due to the weather we are not able to move as we had planned:. Currently we
are trying to secure property. At this time we do not have the funds to rent anything else
nor is there any rental property that meets our needs. In the past we were patient to wait
for you when there was no water. I hope you can be patient while we purchase our new
property. If all goes well we will be out on March 19 2001. As well I am allocate a
portion of my deposit for March's rent. You can rest assured that when you take
possession of this property we will fix the items we damaged and the house will be
cleaned.
However during this last snow fall the awning in the back collapsed & the roof
that is on this house nearly caved in, however, Eric kept busy shoveling snow off.the roof
and we were successful at preventing it from collapsing. As I stated to you last year I did
not think the roof would hold up to the elements that we have up here. As far as I can see
there isn't any structural damage excbpt over the dinning room portion of the house the
ceiling is slightly bowed. I also thought that the roof would leak while the snow was
melting away but as far as I can see there aren't any new leaks.

Dear Eric and Susan,
You called me yesterday to tell me that the pipes froze in the morning. Later you tell me that
algae is causing the water to move slowly once it thawed, when we.talked later in the day. I am
very sorry about this. I am very sorry that the brand new well I had put in in 1998.dried up less
than 6 months later. It took me great expense in time, money & trouble and many different
avenues to provide water.
Today I got a call from Gary Brown from the Butte County _Code enforcement. I do not wish to
have any problems with the county, or anyone for that matter. I hope that you understand that I
wish that the water situation, could be cleared up immediately. I must now make a very careful
plan of action and also make certain that my new approach will be approved by the county and
provide a reliable water source.
I do not wish to cause you to have to be inconvenienced by this, so please note that your twelve
month lease will be allowed to expire on January 19`h, 2001.
Please read the letter of 12/19/1999 and your lease agreement which you violated by paying your
rent late in September. You asked me to take the late charges out of your deposit when you
move. This plus not paying the deposit & rent when agreed in the lease precludes you from
receiving the 13' month rent free. According to the notice of change of terms it states that the
effective month to month rent was increased to $669.00 30 days after 12/19/1999.
Please let me know how we can make an orderly transition so that you have the time necessary to
move to a place that will suit you. Please call me today so that we can meet and agree to a plan in
writing.

Dear Neighbor,
The past four months we have been living in the area without any form of
running water. Edmund has used all other resources to avoid using the spring that
supplies your houses. Unfortunately, he has not been successful in finding a permanent
water source. Edmund has done more that what most people would have in order to
avoid using his own water, that you continue to utilize. As for us we have sacrificed
many things living without water, to many to be named. As for you nobody wants to cut
off your water we all just want to try to share what is rite My Edmund's. Also
Edmund told us that you have an 18 gallon a minute well across the street, if this is true
maybe you and Edmund can work something out to utilize that together.. I hope we can
resolve this situation in a Mendi~y manner. if we can all use the water sparingly we
should all be able to have sufficient water.

This is a formal warning notice. Pursuant to Butte County Code (BCC) Section 41-2, we sent you a
courtesy notice dated January 5, 2001, notifying you that you are in violation of the BCC at the above -
referenced location. As of this date, the following violations still exist:
Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from this office for the
installation of an electrical service'in violation of the provisions of the Uniform Administrative
Code for the National Electrical Code, 1996 Edition, and the. California Plumbing Code, 1998
Edition, as follows:
(a) Section 301.1 Permits Required
(b) Section 305.1 Inspections & Inspection approvals Required
(c) Section 103.1 Permits Required
(d) Section 103.5 Inspections & Inspection approvals Required
This is your final warning. Unless you contact this office and make the proper arrangements to correct or
abate the violation(s) voluntarily, within ten (10) days from the date of this letter, enforcement shall be
pursued through the issuance of a citation (ordering you to appear in court) for said violation(s) and for
failing to comply with this warning letter.
Upon conviction of said violation(s) or of failing to comply with this letter, the court shall impose penalties
(fines) and a Notice of Violation shall be recorded in accordance with Butte County Code Section 41-7.
The Notice of Violation shall include a description of the premises the violation concerns, a description of
the violation, the date of your conviction and the action necessary to correct or abate the violation(s).

A frequent practice of unlicensed persons professing to be contractors is to secure an "owner builder" building
permit, erroneously implying that the property owner is providing his or her own labor and material personally. Building

Under authority of PRC 4290, the following checked items are required
by the Butte County Fire Department and are made a part of this permit.
These requirements are minimums and will be superseded by Butte County
localregulations which equal or exceed these standards. Field
inspections will be made by the Butte County Building Department for
compliance.
CIO 1272.00 Maintenance of Defensible Space. To ensure continued
maintenance of properties in conformance with these
standards and measures and to assure continued avail-
ability, access and utilization of the defensible space
provided for in these standards, annual maintenance
must be provide for by the land owner.
Driveway Standards
/ 1273.02 Surface. All driveway surfaces and structures (bridges,
1273.07 culverts and other app-rteaant structures which supple-
ment the roadway bed or shoulders) shall provide unob-
structed access to conventional drive vehicles, includ-
ing sedans and fire apparatus weighing up to 40,000
pounds.
[ 1273.03 Grade. Not to exceed 16 percent unless paved.
1273.04 Driveway Radius
1. No'roadway shall have a horizontal inside radius of
J curvature of less than 50 feet and additional sur-
face width of 4 feet shall be added to curves of 50-
100 feet radius; 2 feet to those from 100-200 feet.
[�(] 2. The length of vertial curves in roadways exclusive
r' of gutters, ditches and drainage structures designed
to hold or divert water shall be not less than 100
feet.
[-4- 1273:05 Turnarounds. If required, will have a minimum turning
radius of 40 feet from the center of the road.
[� 1273.05 Turnouts. Shall be a minimum of 10 feet wide and 30
feet long with a minimum 25 foot taper on each end.
1270.10 Width. All driveways shall provide a minimum 10 foot
traffic lane and unobstructed vertical clearance of 15
feet along its entire length.

building -sites on driveways over 300 feet in length and
shall be within 50 feet of the building.
1273.11 Gates
1. Gate entrances shall be at least two feet wider than
the roadway it serves.
2. The gates must be located at' least 30 feet from the
roadway and shall open to allow a vehicle to stop
without obstructing traffic on that roadway.

provides entrance, a 50 foot turning radius shall be
used.
Fuel Modification
1276.01 Setback for Structure Defensible Space.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. DETERMINE AMOUNT OF MATTGUARD PIERS REQUIRED
PER INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AND MARK BEAMS FOR
LOCATIONS. RELOCATE ANY INTERMEDIATE PIERS WHICH
OCCUR AT MATTGUARD LOCATIONS.
2. LEVEL THE SOIL, PLACE MATTGUARD PAD AND INSTALL
PADS PER PLAN.
3. ASSEMBLE GHF-31, BOLT TO CONCRETE PAD AND
POSITION PIER AT HIGHEST ROUGH ADJUSTMENT
UNDER BEAM.
4. RAISE UPPER PORTION OF CHF -31 AND ATTACH TO
BEAM. REFER TO TYPICAL BEAM CONNECTIONS PER
SHEET 3 FOR SPECIFIC BEAM CONFIGURATION.
5. PADS MAY BE PLACED WITH A MAX. ELEVATION DIFFERENCE OF 20"
MATTGUARD CERTIFICATION:
THIS WILL CERTIFY THAT THE SUBJECT MATTGUARD CHF -31 IS
CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING ALL RATED DESIGN LOADS, REGARDLESS OF
THE PIVOTAL CONFIGURATION OF THE UNIT BETWEEN THE HEAD AND BODY
OF THE STAND. THE GHF-31 IS SAFE FOR ALL RELATED LOADS. THIS
CERTIFICATION IS PREDICATED UPON THE PROPER INSTALLATION AND TIGHTENING
OF THE UNIT.
TIEDOWN REQUIREMENTS: (This is for Singlewides only.)
Tiedowns required and may be one of the following:
=On Asphalt—Cut out asphalt 2-1/2" deep, set MattGuard
Pad in and backfill'with asphalt.
*On Concrete—MattGuord Pad may be secured to existing,
cleaned concrete with 1/4" — 1/2" thin set mortar.
*On Earth—ATI Installations: Use 30"long, double 4" helix disk,
#32 strap (7' long) with split bolt, auger (or other state
approved tiedown system, with a working load of 1000# in
class 5 soil). Set one length wise on the centerline between
each set of MottGuard Head Plate clamps.
•Retrofit Foundations: Where there is inadequate working
space for the above installations, place one auger
per MattGuord strapped to frame near outside edge of home
in line with MattGuord.
GENERAL NOTES:
1. REFERENCE: CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS, TITLE 25 AND U.B.C. 1991 EDITION.
2. DESIGN LOADS:
VERTICAL: ROOF LIVE LOAD — 30 PSF, FLOOR LIVE LOAD - 40 PSF
LATERAL WIND LOAD — 80 MPH EXP. 'C', SEISMIC ZONE 4
3. THE DESIGN LOADS SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH ROOF LIVE LOAD; WIND LOAD, AND
SEISMIC ZONE AS ESTABLISHED FOR A PERMANENT BUILDING WITHIN A SPECIFIC LOCAL
AREA.
4. ALL FOOTINGS ARE TO BE SUPPORTED BY FIRM, UNDISTURBED SOIL. ' FOOTINGS ARE
DESIGNED FOR 1000 PSF TOTAL LOAD SOIL PRESSURE AND SHALT_ BE COMPATIBLE
WITH LOCAL SOIL CONDITIONS.
5. CONCRETE: 3000 PSI AT 28 DAYS AS TESTED.
6. STRUCTURAL STEEL: SHALL CONFORM TO ASTM A36
FABRICATE ACCORDING TO AISC SPECIFICATIONS, WELD ACCORDING TO AWS SPECIFICATION.

BOLTS: 5/8" adjusting bolts SAE GR2. All others SAE GR5.
7. THE GFH -31 AND RIDGE BEAM SUPPORT ASSEMBLIES SHALL BE COATED WITH SHERMAN
WILLIAMS E-61RC2 ENAMEL OR APPROVED EQUAL AND SHALL BE LISTED AND LABELED BY INDUSTRIAL
TESTING INTERNATIONAL OR CERTIFIED TESTING AND CONSULTING SEVICES FOR THE FOLLOWING LOADS;
MAJOR AXIS: 1350# MAX (IN PAIRS OF TWO. PLACED OPPOSITE.)
MINOR AXIS: 1450# MAX
VERTICAL: 6000# MAX
8. THIS FOUNDATION IS DESIGNED FOR INSTALLATION UNDER MANUFACTURED HOMES (Monuf Hm.)
CONSTRUCTED WITH LONGITUDINAL OR CROSS JOISTS.
9. THIS FOUNDATION IS DESIGNED FOR PLACEMENT ON LEVEL
UNDISTURBED SOIL, WITH NO EXISTING SOIL PROBLEMS. THE DEFINITION OF LEVEL FOR
MATTGUARD FOUNDATION PAD IS; GRADE CAN VARY 3% IN EITHER. DIRECTION
(1/2" IN 20" DIRECTION, 1-1/4" IN 44" DIRECTION) OF THE PAD.
10. PADS FOR THE INTERMEDIATE SUPPORT PIERS SHALL BE LOCATE! AND SIZED FOR THE
LOAD AS SHOWN IN THE MANUFACTURED HOME INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
11. IN AREAS WHERE DIFFERENTIAL SETTLEMENT (D.S.) CAN OCCUR, ikE FOUNDATION
SHALL BE READJUSTED WHEN D.S. EXCEEDS 1/4*,OR WHEN IT V" -`ILL ADVERSELY AFFECT
THE USE OF THE MANUFACTURED HOME.
12. RETROFITS: WHEN INSTALLING MG ON PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED h6MES, REFER TO
