He is the timberland owner for p el 058-2207- 03. The intent is to make room for a apple orchard and landscaping on eparc'er A take tree mark was done with blue paint marks including butt mark. The marking was done with the owner and is intended to clear the area for the above mentioned use. The LTO will remove the trees. The LTO will also be responsible for treating the slash generated by the operation to the standards of Section 1104.1(2)(d) of the Forest Practice Rules. The exemption area boundaries are flagged in pink harvest boundary or solid pink flagging. Access to the parcel will be by the existing roads off Concow road. No watercourses are present in the exemption boundaries. No endangered or threatened plant or animal species were observed. Habitat for such species was not noted. One archeological site was observed out of exemption boundaries. A site of mortar holes is present off the exemption area that is partially on the two acres and partially on the neighbors parcel. Site will not be disturbed or recorded. This project is in accordance with Butte County regulations and an assistant planner has signed off on its compatible use. A copy of the notice posted on the parcel at least 5 days before submission (copy of notice attached, posted (May 16, 2005). A copy of the notice was sent to owners of record within 300 feet and the archeological contacts for Butte County (June 9, 2005). A list of the adjacent property owners are enclosed.
