Failure to comply with the conditions specified herein as the basis for approval of application and issuance of Permit, constitutes cause for the revocation of said permit in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Butte County Zoning Enabling Ordinance. 2. Unless otherwise provided for in. a condition to a use permit, all conditions must be completed by the permittee within 12 months of the delivery of the countersigned permit to the permittee. 3. If any use for which a use permit'has been granted is not established within one"year of the date of receipt of the countersigned permit by the permittee, the permit shall become null and void and reapplication shall be required to establish the use. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1. Construct a standard public road approach (S-18) at the access road's intersection with Concow'Road. 2. Location of public road approach to be approved by the Department of Public Works. 3. Provide adequate storm drainage facilities to the satisfaction of ijthe Department of Public Works. 4. Obtain permit for non -community water system from Health Department. 5. Install vault -type toilets and recreational vehicle dump station as approved by the Health Department. 6. Restrict campground use to currently registered self-contained recreational vehicles only. 7. Comply with the Division of Housing and Community Development regulations and requirements. 8. Comply with Title 25 regulations relating to campgrounds. 9. Comply with Butte County Board of Supervisors Resolution 74-109, Recreational Vehicle Park. Z. 10. All fire areas to be clearly marked with rock rings. 11. Maintain clear area of all weeds within 10 feet of fire rings for each campsite. - 12. No permanent Improvements, excepting fire rings, benches and sanitary facilities, are allowed in the campground. 13. Maintain all interior roads to be 16 feet wide with a I" of Class 11 aggregate base. 14. The occupancy and vehicles shall be limited to 15 days per month to be monitored by'a caretaker. 15. Comply with the requirements of the Fire Marshall. 16. No expansion of the number of spaces or the acreage beyond Exhibit A is to be used without an additional use permit. 17. Post in a conspicuous location the rules and regulations as outlined herein and outlined In Title 25. 18. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and local statutes, ordinances, and regulations. I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that I have read the foregoing conditions, that they are in fact the conditions which were imposed upon the granting of this use permit, and that I agree to abide fully by said conditions. Failure to comply with the conditions specified herein as the basis for approval of application and issuance of Permit, constitutes cause for the revocation of said permit in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Butte County Zoning Enabling Ordinance. 2. Unless otherwise provided for in a condition to a use permit, all conditions must be completed by the permittee within 12 months of the delivery of the countersigned permit to the permittee. 3.
