The 'Use Permit shall expire two years from thedate of,

exceeding one year.

mobile home or the, conventional residence, for any reason,
moves to another location or is deceased, then in that event,
the Use permit granted 'herein shall automatically expire and
the mobile home shall be removed. within one hundred twenty
