few weeks ago, it is my understanding that a final has not
been issuedon the above referenced property, but all that
is required is an Insulation Certification by the builder
or current owners. We are unable to locate the builder;
however, the current owners have visually inspected the
subject property and have signed the enclosed Energy Instal
lation Certificate.
