This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County

Southeast quarter of said Section 4, a distance of 105.48 feet to the true
point of beginning for the parcel herein described; thence leaving said true
point of beginning, Easterly and parallel with the South line of said Section
-4, South 780 35' 51" East, 250.0 feet;.thence Northerly parallel to the West
line of the East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 4, North 00 26' 57
East, 598.03 feet to a point on the center line of a 60.00 foot road reserva-
