This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County
of Butte to certify that the land division which created the parcel of
property identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.
1. Property location: on Hoffman Rd. west of Concow Rd.
intersection.

Description: All that certain property located in the County
of 'Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Being a portion of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 4,
Township 22 North, Range 4 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, described as follows:
.Beginning at a 3/4 inch pipe tagged R. E. 2435, marking the East quarter corner of
Section 4; thence North 790 19' 51" West along the East and West centerline of said
Section 4, a distance of 261.50 feet; thence South 00 09' 09" West, a distance of
410.84 feet to the true point of beginning for the parcel of land described herein;
thence from said point of beginning, continuing South 00 09' 09" West a distance of
410.85 feet to a point in the centerline of a 60 foot road reservation; thence along
.the.centerline of said road reservation. North 710 36' 56" West, a distance of 285.71
feet; thence North 00 09' 09" East, a distance of 401.88 feet; thence South 730
20' 21" East a distance of 283.03 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with and reserving therefrom rights-of-way as.described in deed recorded
November 13, 1969 in Book 1591 Pages 673, 674 and 675, Official Records of Butte
County.
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following
conditions which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code
Chapter 2.0-166 and Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect
