The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are the owners of the property. On March 27, 1986, I visited the area with Tom Hughes of this department to investigate the complaints. During our visit we were able to observe at.least one mobilehome, and a _large accumulation of refuse including junk, garbage and rubbish along the westside of Hog Ranch Road north of Hoffman Road, from our vantage point on•Hog Ranch Road. A review of the Butte County Departments of Public Health and Public Works' records revealed no permits for a sewage disposal system, domestic water well, utilities, mobilehome installation, or building construction. These conditions are in violation of the Butte County Code, Chapter 19, Sections 19-3, Sanitary Sewage disposal system required, 19-4 Unlawful sewage disposal methods, 19-5 Permits required; Chapter 31 - Section 31-8 Refuse removal; and the California Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 2, Sections 1248, 1270 and 1740 (b)(3) and (11). To comply take action within THIRTY (30) DAYS from receipt of this notice to complete the following. 1. Remove all trailers, shacks, additions, etc. from the property..
