This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter
of said Section 4; thence North 780 35' 51 West along the South boundary. of the
Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 4, 715.0 feet to the point
of beginning for the parcel of land described herein;, thence from said point of beginning
North 10 45' 27" East, 273.83 feet; thence South 65016' 01" East, 108.05 feet; thence
North 620 20' 19" East, 160.45 feet; thence South 810 57' 39" East, 23.0 feet, more
or less, to the Northwest corner of that certain parcel of land described in Deed to�
Joe Rose, recorded November 29, 1971 in Book 1715 of Official Records, at page 612,
records of Butte County, California; thence South 050 13' 10" East, along the West
boundary of said Rose parcel, 361.43 feet to the South boundary of. the Southwest

along said South boundary 290.0 feet to the point of beginning.
