the South line of said Section .3, North 890 54' West., 1320.00 feet; thence leaving
said Section line North 000 12' East 1316.30 feet to the true point of beginning for
the parcel herein described; thence from said true point of beginning, continuing North
000 12' East, 1320.00 feet to the North line of said Southwest quarter. of Section 3;
thence along said North line, North 890 44' 37" West 330.00 feet to the Northwest corner
of that certain parcel of land described in Deed from Sharia Faye Capps; et al to Henry
