Box 1091 Olivehurst, CA 95961 RE: Illegal Camping and Trailer, Garbage Accumulation - E/S and W/S Eleran Lane, Concow Area AP# 58-33-36 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Baker: This department received a complaint alleging illegal camping, garbage dumping and lack of sewage system on the above listed property. The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are the owner of the property. On March 27, 1986, I visited the area with Mr. Tom Hughes, Sanitarian, to investigate the complaint and observed tents on the west side and a trailer and garbage accumulation on the east side of Eleran Lane on the above listed parcel. A search of our records revealed only a well permit for the property. The trailer, and tents are being occupied without an approved sewage disposal system and without domestic water (well is capped) (Violation of the Butte County Code, Chapter 19, Sections 19-3 Sanitary Sewage disposal system re- quired; 19-4 Unlawful sewage disposal methods; and the California Administra- tive Code, Title 25, Chapter 2, Sections 1248, 1270 and 1704 (b)(3)(11)). There is an accumulation of refuse including garbage and rubbish on the pro- perty. (Violation, Butte County Code, Chapter 31, Section 31-8 Refuse Removal.) To comply., take action within THIRTY (30) DAYS from receipt of this notice to remove the illegal trailer and tents from the property. Remove all garbage and rubbish from the property and properly dispose of the same,at a licensed solid waste disposal site. Do not occupy, rent, lease.or use the property for dwelling purposes until proper sewage disposal facilities, water supply and utilities are provided under permit and inspection from the Butte County Departments of Public Works and Public Health, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
