East, M.D.B. & M., more particulary described as follows:
Commencing at thequarter corner common to Section 3, Township 22 North, Range 4 East,
M.D.B. & M. and said Section 10; thence. along the North line of said Section 10, North
890 54' West 1650.0 feet; thence South 577.68 feet to the point of beginning for the
parcel of land described herein; thence from said point of beginning, continuing
South.220.00 feet; thence North 890 54' 00" West, 302.89 feet; thence North 010 56,
47" West, 220.13 feet to appoint that bears North 890'49' 55" West from the point of
beginning; thence South 89. 49' 55" East, 310.38 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM an undivided 1/2 of all water rights and reserving therefrom an
easement for pipeline for the purposes of conveying said water, together with the
right of ingress and egress for maintenance of said pipeline.
