Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from this office for installation of mobilehome. Occupying mobilehome with- out the required approvals. Since permits and inspections are required for the above work, please submit three (3) complete sets of plot plans, apply, -for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees. All work must stop until these permits are issued and you are authorized by our field inspector to proceed. The field authorization. cannot be made until the existing work is inspected and approved. It is the County's goal to obtain voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code. However, you should be advised that Butte County has an active Code Enforcement Program which provides an effective means of enforcement if voluntary compliance is not obtained. Enforcement may be pursued through the issuance of citations, fines and the recording of a Notice of Violation including a description of the action necessary to abate the violation. Box 978 Ehrenberg, AZ 85334 RE: Illegal Trailer, bus and structures - 3656 Hoffman Road, Oroville, CA AP# 58-33-59 Dear Mr. and/or Mrs. Hoffman: This department has received complaints alleging illegal camping, and/or occupancy of trailers, a bus and other buildings on the above listed property. The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are the owners of the property. On March 27, 1986, I visited the area with Mr. Tom Hughes of this'department to investigate the complaints. During our visit we were able to observe a bus, at least two trailers, and other structures on the above listed property from a vantage point on Hoffman Road. Subsequently a search of the Health and Public Works Department's records was made and no permits were found for installation of the trailers and converted bus or for any structure or shed. There were no permits found.for sewage disposal or well installation on this property. These conditions are in violation of the Butte County Code, Chapter 19, Sections 19-3 Sanitary sewage disposal system required; 19-4 Unlawful sewage disposal methods, and 19-5 Permits required, Chapter 31 - Section 31-8 Refuse Removal; and the California Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 2, Sections 1248, 1270 -and 1704 (b)(3) and (11); Butte County Code Section 24.112.2 FR -10 Zone. To comply,` take action within THRITY (30) DAYS from receipt of this notice to complete the following. 1. Remove -all trailers, campers, converted buses, etc. from the property. Do not return trailers, campers, converted buses until an approved sewage disposal system, water supply and utilities are provided under permits and inspections from the Butte County Departments of Public Works and Public Health. 2. Remove all refuse including garbage and rubbish from the property and dispbse'of it at a licensed disposal site. 3.
