ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of
Butte and the special conditions set forth below: Richard Wrobel is
hereby granted a Variance in accordance with application filed:
1/26/67 to allow the creation of a three -acre and seven -acre parcel on
property zoned FR -10 located along Eleran Lane, approximately 500 feet
south of Hoffman Road, Concow.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS=
1. Soil surfaces exposed by construction and grading activities
(particularly slopes) to be stabilized by:
a. Revegetation (perhaps hydro -seeding) as soon as possible,
prior to the rainy season.
b. Development of perimeter berms.
C. Preservation of existing vegetation wherever possible.
2. Roads to be stabilized with gravel or pavement.
3. Adequate roadside drainage and culverts to be constructed.
4. Storm water runoff channels to be stabilized with rock lining and
energy -dissipating structures, where necessary.
5. Storm water energy dissipators to be placed at outfalls of
roadside ditches.
6. Limit earthwork and grading activities to the dry season only
(April through October) .
7. Terminate grading activity early . in the season to allow
revegetation prior to the rainy season. Disturbed soil surfaces
to not be left unprotected during the winter rainy season.
8. Minimize cut and fill excavation and large-scale site clearing.
9. Roadway locations to conform to terrain, following contour
wherever feasible and avoiding steep embankment cuts.
10. Roads and driveways must not exceed 15% grade.
11. Any construction within or modification of a creek requires a
"Stream Alteration" permit from the California Department of Fish
and Game.
12. Overstory trees to be preserved, except where. actual physical
construction is required.
13. 'Parcels to be created by parcel map pursuant to Chapter 20 of the
Butte County Code.
14. Meet the requirements of the Building Division of the Butte County
Department of Public Works.
15.
Meet
the
requirements
of
the
Butte
County
Health Department.
16.
Meet
the
requirements
of
the
Butte
County
Fire Department.
17. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and
local statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that I have read the
foregoing conditions, that they are in fact the conditions which
were imposed upon the granting of this variance, and that I agree
to abide fully by said conditions.
