Box 347 Palermo-,-CA,-95968 Subject:_ -PN —1-058-450-019 Dear Mr. Balaz, The Butte County Department of Development Services, Planning Department, has reviewed the submitted Environmental Health Application 058-450-019, and I had the County Surveyor read the Creation Deed you provided for the property. It does describe the property, however, it reserves out 30 feet of roadway for the parcel to have access to Jordan Hill Road. Our.Surveyor asked if you could get a copy of the original deed prior to the split of the parcel, which may be for parcel #058-160-070. The reason that we need this prior deed is because the parcel legally needs to have access to the county maintained road, and in this deed creating parcel #058-450- 019, it may have just re -used this wording, which caused this issue with access. - . Should you have any questions please feel free to call Lana Adler, Assistant Planner, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at (530) 538-7601. Sincerely, r oseph W.
