This is a warning letter to notify you that you are in violation of the
Butte County Code at the above referenced location.as follows:
Failure to obtain permits and approvals for a two-story structure,
(12' X 20') and a travel trailer used for living on this property.
Since permits and inspections are required for'the above work, please contact
this office within ten days of the, date of this letter, submit two complete
sets of plans, apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees.,
All work must stop, until these permits are issued and you are authorized
by our field inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot�be made

This is a warning letter to notify you that you are in violation
of the Butte County Code, as follows, at the above -referenced
location:
It is a violation of the FR -2 (Foothill Recreational) Zone
to have more than one Single-family dwelling, and the
dwelling is required to have a legal sewage disposal system.
The accumulation of "Junk", as defined in Section 24 -21.24 -
Butte County.Code (copy attached), is not allowed.
The Public Works Department requires every dwelling to'be
issued .an address visible from the street in the interest of
public health, welfare and.safety.
You are directed to: (1) cease. the occupancy of the travel
trailer removing it or placing it in dead storage not to be
occupied as a living unit; (2) obtain permits from the Public
Works and Health Departments for the installation of a legal
sanitary sewage system (out houses are not allowed) for the
residence or it is. not to be occupied as a living unit. (3)
remove the accumulation'of junk disposing of it in a lawful
manner. (4) contact addressing in the Public Works Department to
obtain a correct. address.
You should be aware that Butte County has. entered into a Code
Enforcement program that seeks voluntary compliance with the
Butte County Code, but provides an affective means.of enforcement.

hereby caused to be recorded in the office of the recorder
of Butte County, this notice of Butte County Code Violation
proceedings by the County of Butte to wit.
On October 2, 1989 the above property owner was found
guilty in the Chico -Municipal Court Case No. CR )
of violation of Butte County Code Sections 41-2(d).

system. (3) Obtain from the Department of Public. Works
Addressing the assigned address numbers posting them as
required by this section. (4)' Obtain a Notice Of

With reference to the above subject, we have been advised by one of our
building inspectors that you have not obtained the required permits and
inspections from this office for the work you are doing as follows:
Constructed a two-story structure (approx. 12'x 20') without
permits.
Since permits and inspections are required. by both State and County laws,
please contact this office within ten days of the date of this letter, submit
two complete sets of plans, apply for the required permits, and pay the
appropriate fees.
All work must stop until you obtain these permits and are authorized by
our field inspector to proceed. This' field authorization cannot be made
until the existing work is inspected and approved.
Your cooperation in resolving this violation in a timely manner would be
appreciated. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please
