The addition and conversion were constructed without permits and .inspections from this office, so we were not able to perform the required inspections during construction. I We therefore made a reasonable visual inspection, without going on.the roof, under the building, or in the attic and found the addition appears to conform to the intent of code requirements, except for the following items which must be done or resole �: 1 Provide engineered design for post girder construction or provide perimeter foundation. 2,4 Verify Environmental Health Department approval for sewage disposal and water supply. 3rovide the necessary corrections determined at plan check and inspection to make the building comply with codes in effect at time of construction. e The building wiring will be required to conform to the National Electric Code. This inspection by the County of Butte does not act as a guarantee or warranty as to the internal soundness of said anddition and conversion. It is now in order for you to submit complete plans in duplicate to this office including plot plans, floor plans and structural details, apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees including penalties.
