This Notice of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of Butte to certify that
the conditions imposed on the Certificate of Compliance; recorded November 2,
1987 by Recorder's Serial Number 87-41158 have been fulfilled
to the satisfaction of the Subdivision Violation Committee on property identified
as:
a. Property Location: At the east end of Easy Live'n Road approx.
800 feet east of Detlow Road. Big Bend area.

DESCRIPTION: All that certain property located in the County of Butte, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence North 001 53' 50"
East a distance along said line 270.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said
